Located right next door to the Gold Hill Inn, the Bluebird lodge is an historic hotel built in 1872.
The lodge can be used for a multitude of events, most popular of which are our famous Murder Mystery Night
Other uses include family reunions, private dinner parties, small weddings, corporate retreats, and birthday parties.
Except for the Murder mysteries, we only rent the lodge out as a whole ( no individual room rentals).
Groups can dine next door at the Gold Hill Inn or we can cater a dinner party at the lodge. We will work with you on
the type of menu that fits your indvidule party , from simple hors d'ouvres to a six course meal.
Coporate meetings and retreats. The lodge is an ideal spot for small meetings and retreats especially if your trying
to get a away from it all and let the creative juices flow. Lunch catering is available.
We now have a seperate private phone line and high speed wireless internet access!

Fourth of July Lodging and Twang fest barbeque package Come on up and enjoy a Gold Hill Fourth of July to its fullest with 17 of your friends. Check in to the Bluebird lodge in the morning and watch the parade roll by the front porch at noon. Then walk right next door to the side yard of the Gold Hill Inn and enjoy a full day of live music and barbeque at our annual Twang Fest. featuring Halden Wofford and the Highbeams, Spring Creek Bluegrass Band, and K. C. groves Bluegrass Band. Enjoy Chris' famous marinated barbeque chicken with all the fixins! When the Inn fetivities end you can head off to one of the close by Mountain towns to enjoy fireworks or just stroll back to the Bluebird lodge and relax for the evening. There is only One available package, cost is $1250.00 + tax includes rental of the entire Buebird lodge, entry for 18 people into the Twang fest concert and barbeque for 18 people.

Cost of the Bluebird Lodge is $725.00 + tax per night, (holiday prices may vary)
