A delightful gathering of veteran old jazz farts, led by Phil "Fly" McClard (tenor sax) & Douglass Shaw (piano), joined by Tim Hoy (drums) and Steve Johnson (bass). Collectively, they have about 237 gig years of experience, hitting their stride when they began terrorizing the downtown Boulder music scene in the late '70s. An eclectic mix of originals and re imagined jazz standards as well as under played gems by Pat Metheny, Keith Jarrett and Charlie Haden.

A fourth-generation Colorado native raised below the poverty line in western Arkansas, Dart was shaped by songwriting giants—Dylan, Cash, Van Zandt—and old rhythm and blues. As a grandson of the Dust Bowl that comes from a long line of farmers, his connection to the earth runs deep.

Broken Compass Bluegrass emerged in 2021 and has quickly gained recognition for their tight arrangements, tasteful picking, and standout songwriting. Hailing from Northern California, the band features Kyle Ledson, Django Ruckrich, Mei Lin Heirendt, and Sam Jacobs. Though young in years, each member is a seasoned performer, accomplished multi-instrumentalist, and prolific songwriter.
